Dr. Genius does a great job!

What do you like best?

They are quick to reply to website change requests and updates and are very communicative. They also have call tracking and recording so we can get back to patients who called and didn't leave a vm, or follow up.

What do you dislike?

I had an amazing account manager and when he left the company I stopped getting monthly check-ins but other than that, they've been great

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have had an EXPLOSION in new patient appointment requests and hiked up to the top of Google Searches
