Fundraising typically requires a shitload of file/doc sharing (with advisors, to VCs, angels, and other investors to product testers, and more), so I distribute a docpack link instead of a mess of attachments or dropbox URLs.
Confidentiality:
I retain control over my fundraising materials because the privacy settings allow me to limit distribution of proprietary or confidential materials.
