What do you like best?
Ease of use, fantastic GUI, support is second to none, very responsive cloud-based software, easy to learn and excellent on-line portal integration/creation tools.
What do you dislike?
Just some minor things in the accounting portion of the software, but more personal "fussy" things rather than function of the software!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a bit of a learning curve, especially if you are coming off of another system. Be patient and once you grasp the way DocketManager works, you'll wonder why you didn't switch sooner!

No order entry errors, as DocketManager makes it easy to spot any missing entry items or issues. Saving time order entering with the amazing on-line customer portals. More profit on jobs, better customer retention once we get them signed up to on-line ordering.
