What do you like best?

Service is generally reliable. Not much to say besides that.

What do you dislike?

Unlike other reviewers here, I didn't find DNSMadeEasy interface to be too intuitive or easy. More of it, some of their features are quite different from other DNS service providers, such as GoDaddy.

Most of instructions provided by DNSMadeEasy are inaccurate, incomplete and impossible to follow.

Their technical support is 100% email-based. And people working on that writing-only technical support are not too good in expressing themselves in writing. Every little problem or difficulty you report to DNSMadeEasy Support will translate into 10-12 hours e-mail exchange with DNSMadeEasy support representatives. You have to forget any quick solutions to your needs. Responses come once per our. You'll be lucky to get done in 5-6 exchanged e-mails.
