What do you like best?

DJEP (DJ Event Planner) is a system I've been using for years to manage gigs and schedules of over 50 independent contractors and hundreds of clients. I love how I can do so many things right in one system. It is a time saver and well worth the money.

What do you dislike?

DJEP recently changed the look and I like the old look better. It takes a lot more time to find what I'm looking for and to customize different areas in the system.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a one stop shop. You can do everything right in DJEP - all client communication, all employees communication and scheduling. Every person you add to DJEP has their own login, too. Also, rather than logging in through the DJEP website you get your own domain.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Having everyones conflicts in one area to look at saves a large amount of time. Being able to send customized emails right through the system.
