Secure archiving of sensitive board of directors documents
What do you like best?
It is great to have a single place where communication, documents, MOMs and action lists may be stored. Search and storage functions are good, and accessibility across platforms is useful.
What do you dislike?
It is possible to loose the overview of documents if the structure of Directors Desk archives are not well planned.
Commenting does not seem to carry over between platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure the document archive structure is planned from the start; if you just let it grow as you work in the system you may loose the overview.
