When things go wrong. Mistakes can ruin a campaign. Sometimes it happens and I know it. Tough to get over but, hey no-one died, right?! They had an outage of some ads briefly last year. it was horrible but they got out in front of it and made it right.
Ensure you are willing to put in the time and the work to make the partnership work. Be prepared to spend time and energy in the beginning and learn the platform. They have an online university to help you learn the platform. use it. Use their support team, they are very good!
