What do you dislike?

We still need to make a PDF for non-designated Board Meeting guests. It's too bad you couldn't have a streamlined temporary set-up for a new guest in the meeting. Example would be a one-time user or when Auditors attend the meetings. You could place a timeline when they are allowed to view certain material from one date to and end date etc. Also, you could control which tabs they are only allowed to see.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There isn't a secure product with this much support and ease of use out in the market today. If you are still emailing material or building paper board books or have Directors situated in different cities, you need to try this product.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Able to securely send interactive information to people who are situated all over the world. Users can still make notes and mark-ups, similar to a paper books but this book is much easier to travel with and can be updated with new information instantaneously.
