What do you like best?

In the years that we've been working with DR, the representatives have been nothing short of supportive. The main reason why I would recommend DR to friends or colleagues is due to the service and expertise received over the years.

What do you dislike?

We haven't had the opportunity to fully explore all parts of DR's offering to say that we have a specific dislike. But I would say that DR needs to simplify their offering and value proposition in order to stand out among the sea of competing providers and products. (i.e. be known for one absolutely strong and unique selling value proposition)

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Think about how DR's business model and service offering will play a complimentary or main part of your ecommerce business and strategy. No technology platform will be a silver bullet. And as with any tool, the effectiveness of the tool depends on the skill of the welder. Ensure that you have right strategy, team and then discover if DR is the tool that will complete your ecommerce mission.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

DR helps us be present in countries where we cannot / have not operated ourselves. It is a turnkey solution that I think will be welcomed by many growing brands. They are also great with the providence of offering products across hardware, services, software etc, which is something that we need and their platform have been great to provide.

They are a great bridge for us in our pursuit to go more direct-to-consumer. The benefits realized are incremental sales in countries we would have otherwise not been available in.
