What do you like best?
Super fast. Easy to use, and super simple to keep track of previous transfers. Nice clean interface, but thankfully you can get in, transfer a file, and be done in no time, so you don't spend long looking at the page anyway. Contacts are saved, making repeat sends a no-brainer. The ability to edit an upload, to replace, rename or delete files is really useful.
What do you dislike?
Bit pricey for a freelancer, but great for companies. Takes a bit of time to get used to what some icons mean.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Secure transfers through a single website. No need for people to transfer from all different providers. Can provide an upload link to contractors as well, which is super useful. File uploads are very fast. Generating sharing links for people not on the original transfer is also easy. Basically, you can get any file to anyone as quickly as your internet speed allows
