What do you like best?
This program did not really have many purposes for my line of work, which is why we will be using another software instead. But I suppose what I liked best was the simple mainframe and it's ease of use
What do you dislike?
There were a few things I disliked about it, mainly that it just did not serve many of our objectives at work. The main thing I disliked was it lagging behind sometimes, taking awhile to upload things, or freezing and not saving the work
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I haven't solved any business problems with Digicert, I've realized that it's not suited for my work which is why we are switching to another software program better suited
