Advanced user of DigiCert CertCentralI like the quality and features offered by their web portal. It is a well organized and responsive portal with account management features to ease certificate management. I like how it breaks down what each cert does and the associated pricing as well as the automated features to confirm you are doing each step of the process correctly.
The different levels of validation are kind of confusing and the process for initiating a change in the validation process if you made a mistake or typo are pretty painful.
The benefit of having all certificate management in one central console, including account history, billing, pricing, and account info.
