What do you like best?
Retrieving POs, submitting ASN and invoices and creating UCC labels for our shipments is extremely easy! I like that you can create ASN for multiple stores in one step and you can easily get the UCC labels for the boxes without the need of a packing list. Real-time transmission lets you see when your documents are sent, processed and accepted which gives you peace of mind.
What do you dislike?
It would be great if DiCentral was compatible with MAC computers, it's a pain to have to use a PC solely for this when we handle all other aspects of our business on MAC OS. That is without a doubt our biggest complain regarding DiCentral. All other aspects of the system work great and seamlessly, but having to be dependent on a PC just to cover our EDI needs is very cumbersome, specially because we find that PCs are often unreliable, the platform takes longer to load and not always works. On MAC we can log in, but we are unable to generate ASNs and invoices. If DiCentral were to be compatible with iOS it would make all the difference!

Our shipping time has been cut down considerably thanks to DiCentral's EDI solution. Not having to create packing lists for every box we ship saves us a considerable amount of time, reduces paper waste and makes shipping a lot easier.
