Desk-Net helps to organize our daily workflow.
What do you like best?
Organizing shifts and availabilities across many different offices becomes a lot easier and quicker. Having a cross desk event calendar and assigning people to events is also very helpful. In total, it offers you a lot of relevant information in a very condensed and well-organized layout.
What do you dislike?
It sometimes feels like you need one click too many to change assignments and shifts / shift notes. The basic settings also do not accommodate part-time workers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It takes a little to familiarize yourself with the interface - train everyone properly to get people fully on board from the beginning. Addressing all upcoming questions as early as possible. And don't hesitate to contact the support team – they're very quick and helpful.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have been using a lot of excel files and calendars to organize our workflow across desks scattered all over Europe. After switching to Desk-Net, the amount of communication and chatter surrounding planning and administration has greatly been reduced, freeing up a lot of time for everyone.
