What do you like best?

Platform is intuitive and therefore easy to learn

Add to DesignFiles form websites saves me a TON of time!

Having images on invoices for FF&E is very nice!

Generating Purchase Orders and Invoices directly from the client-approved boards saves me many, many hours.

What do you dislike?

Cannot always erase the background, so photos have to be Photoshopped prior to import

Need to assign text "colors" RGB numbers to easily duplicate from board to board. Right now, it's a stab in the dark to get text to match between boards.

Red "gridlines" are very hard to snap-to for photo-to-photo alignment

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It doesn't do everything, but it's a nice, easy, effective tool for getting product images to clients in an organized way. And, it is especially nice to able to invoices and generate POs directly from the boards. The PO part saves me SO MUCH time!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Sending ideas to clients digitally has increased during COVID 19, and this is a great platform. knowing my markups ahead of time, by using the Add to DesignFiles features helps me select which items have the highest margins.
