Great for a very specific practice.
What do you like best?
It is very user friendly. I work in an office that most employees are aged 50+. They are able to easily manage this system. It works well with offices that still use paper charts and dont need to scan forms to save a digital copy. I can pull up digital xrays quickly so I can look at the tooth as a patient is describing the problem over the phone.
What do you dislike?
It does have its limitations as it is not very advanced. We cannot scan in xray taken before our office began using digital. While there is a spot to put one or two alerts, there is nowhere to save a health history in the system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If it is for an old fashion office where the staff isn't super comfortable will technology it is great but you will probably need to upgrade first if you intend to sell your practice

The ledger is very handy. It is a well organized way to keep track of procedures done, amounts charged, insurance payments, patient payments and how many statements we have sent in attempt to receive payment.
