What do you like best?

Easy to create labels and automated mail sending. The mail content can be in text and html format. Sending of mails goes instantly and mails will reach the client generally in the main inbox. Possibility to connect with our inventory scanning software and also with the handheld, to allow instant automated message sendings.

What do you dislike?

Recipient occasional get the delivery notification in the spam mail or it can't be delivered - however in this case we will get a return message with the failure.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Creating our delivery massages for shipped products. Sending updates regarding the delivery process and creating alerts for the customer. A customer can drop in and subscribe the automated status message delivery.
