What do you like best?

While there is some set-up time required to get used to the Deftly platform, it went very smoothly, especially with Evan's assistance! Once I was familiar with things, our reporting became so much easier every month. We were able to crank out our paid advertising reports in around 25% of the time it was taking to produce a manual report. Plus, we were able to devote more time to proper analysis and recommendations each month, which really benefits our clients! Deftly's support is always super fast with responses and willing to spend the time to make sure you know how to perform various functions.

What do you dislike?

Like anything, it requires a few hours initially to get reports set up and become familiar with the app. Honestly, this would apply to any new platform you migrate to.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to produce monthly reports more quickly and therefore be able to take on more clients while spending less time on the drudgery of monthly reporting.
