Trouble with customer service

What do you like best?

Web based access is a good feature of dedoose

What do you dislike?

I have had a lot of trouble with customer service. It took them over a month to generate an invoice. Then it was wrong. They do not answer the phone so you can not talk to a live person. It takes them days to respond to emails. Frankly, it has disrupted my research.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Web-based is great but the customer support is lacking.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

No benefits over NVivo and Hyperresearch at this time.
