Not bad but could use a better user experience

What do you like best?

I like everything in one place. This helps us consolidate some paperwork and other applications we used to use.

What do you dislike?

The user experience is a bit lacking. Things are hard to find and a bit boring. I wish it looked more like modern apps on my phone.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is hard to find the things that were obvious in our paperwork before. I do however like being able to not have to print as much and find multiple forms.
