What do you like best?

so i was asked to use this product for a direct response campaign and it is an interesting tool. it basically helps create urgency for products/services on an evergreen basis. there are some cool functions and being able to make products move more quickly is potentially cool.

What do you dislike?

i'll preface this by saying the marketing tactics behind it aren't really my cup of tea. beyond that, the customization was a bit lacking. we couldn't figure out how to restart the timer for someone who made it to a page a second or subsequent time. the integration with other marketing automation software also wasn't up to a level i was happy with.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

i mean, it's just a really niche product. it seems to be popular for direct response marketing campaigns or trying to make an immediate sell. i guess i'm just not totally sold on the concept and only really used it because it was requested. i just don't see what real functionality it brings on a larger scale.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

it's certainly nice to have to creating a sense of urgency. for some customers, this is a useful tool. it might convince someone that a product is only available for a certain amount of time, which has benefits on the sales side.
