What do you like best?
Without the constant interaction with the Account Management and Client Success team, DataWeave would be just another content auditing platform. It's the individual attention that is given by the teams at DW that make the relationship so rewarding. The ability to customize the views of data, makes tweaks to the platform, and get support on the fly is really key. The data is great and gets better all of the time.
What do you dislike?
The initial start up of using DW is a bit cumbersome, but that process is worth the time it takes to get things off the ground.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use DW to look at pricing and promotional activity across multiple retailers not only for our brands but for competition as well. Their content auditing feature is very helpful and will ensure that we have the best available content on our PDPs across our retailers. DW is a time saver for all users, eliminating the need to go to a retailer website and do manual searches.
