What do you like best?
The thing I liked most about using this software was that everything was already customized for our business needs. The reporting system was accurate and did not need alterations. This program can be used for CRM, POS, Scheduling, and so much more!
What do you dislike?
There was nothing not to like when using this system, except for when it was running slowly. I'm not exactly sure whether it was our internet connection, or the software; but it didn't seem to run well consistently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that anyone who is trying to decide on this software to make a list of all of the things you need your software to do. For our business, we needed a CRM system where we could house all of our member and prospect information, and be able to track conversion. We also needed a system where we could take those same member and prospect profiles and be able to schedule appointments for them under multiple modalities, as well as be able to confirm and edit those appointments.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I had the opportunity to use this software in a fitness facility. We were able to keep a log of our prospects vs. our members. We could schedule different types of modalities on the same calendar. It is also very easy to navigate the entire system.
