Easy Integration, All in One Product
What do you like best?
DataGrail's support staff and the onboarding team made the integration process easy and efficient. DataGrail's support team is expeditiously responsive and always available. DataGrail is easy to use and navigate, and because of this has allowed the legal department to be able to shift data privacy-related consumer requests to other departments for handling. Additionally, DataGrail's ability to automatically create API connections with the company's third-party vendors at no added cost, even with vendors who do not already have connections in place, was unprecedented - no other vendors we explored offered this solution.
What do you dislike?
We have not experienced any downsides to using DataGrail. The on-boarding process has been seamless. Since we are still in the on-boarding stage, we are hoping to see if the live data map services will be helpful for the company and its purposes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend looking into into the customer support services and the service level commitment. The customer support service at DataGrail was the best. Also look into their knowledge of related data privacy laws.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
DataGrail has allowed us to transform a manual process into an automated process which helps save on time. Additionally, DataGrail has allowed us to keep an automatic log of requests which significantly contributes to the company's compliance efforts. Further, DataGrail's live data map will allow us to convert a manual audit to an automated one which no longer needs to be done by outside consultants.
