Dataforma gives every team member the information they need, when and where they need it. From the mobile app to the detailed building history, it provides us a clear picture of our customers and their needs.
What do you dislike?
Can be cumbersome for new users. New updates seem to fall behind schedule. Would like customers to have the ability to report service calls through the mobile app.

Be patient, but consistent. It takes a long time to bring everyone on board.
