Incredible Customer Support
What do you like best?
I inherited a Dashthis dashboard from a colleague and I am 100% converted. It was an abrupt transition without training and I spent some time fighting through learning how to edit to client's satisfaction. Enter my hero, Paul, who walked me through step-by-step what needed to happen to get everything functioning. The rules are simple, you just have to know what to do. He even reached out to me to make sure I had everything I needed. I appreciate companies that have excellent products and even more excellent service. DashThis meets so many reporting needs.
What do you dislike?
It is overwhelming to combine widgets until you learn how simple it is. Don't try to dive in without utilizing support. You'll waste your time.

Utilize customer support. They happily save you time from the learning curve.

We are reporting aggregate metrics across multiple platforms. Our other integration software often has bugs but DashThis provides a clean dashboard the client is ecstatic about.
