What do you like best?

Pencilbox is a great tool for educators. It allows students to be grouped into classes and grades, to make it really easy for data to be collected and distributed in a timely and organized fashion.

What do you dislike?

I wish there was a Mac-compatible software.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Give it a whirl but make sure everyone has Microsoft computers. Some of our staff were primarily Mac users and it made it more difficult to do a school-wide implementation process as a result. Many of our teachers work from home and were unable to figure out how to log into the system from their homes.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to group students in an organized fashion and it has saved us a lot of time and data-log.
