What do you like best?

Having moved from OpenDNS it's great to start using a product that requires No on-premise devices.

User Friendly Dashboards, easy to navigate Interface. Very easy to on-board our customer base and manage their Security Policies.

What do you dislike?

The Knowledge base hasn't been developed fully yet so it's not always easy to find answers to questions without raising support cases. More so with Advanced feature questions, no so much the general requests. Cyren have very speedy support however so it;s not all bad,

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Definitely worth trialling at least. We're in the implementation phase and have no faults. We are gradually onboarding our customers and have had no reported issues. The support team find it very easy to administer.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Web Filtering currently but we're looking to use the full feature set very shortly. The fact Cyren are one of the only fully cloud based security products is a real bonus. The more our customers move to the cloud and reduce their on-premise footprint it's proving to be a real bonus for us.
