Easy navigation makes for easy use!
What do you like best?
I can easily find what I'm looking for to create an event, register attendees, manage registrations, send emails, and so much more. The dropdown menus, larger font, and support features make navigating the site easy.
What do you dislike?
Though I like that the font is larger for those that can't always read the smaller fonts, the larger font takes up a lot of extra space on the screen. Where I was once able to see more things on my screen, I now see less. I find this a tad annoying at times. I now have to scroll over or down more than I had to in the past. There also seems to be a lot of dead (white) space on the pages. Make the spacing more conducive to allow more content and features to be shared.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
My company uses Cvent to create registration websites, manage registrations, book hotel, and air travel, and communicate with attendees throughout the process. Cvent allows for an overall seamless process to do all of this where other platforms aren't as intuitive and straightforward. The ease of navigation and the new site/email designer features allow us to create better websites for our clients. We can easily navigate each area of the tool to accomplish all requested aspects for each of our events. Cvent allows us to deliver high-quality work to all of our clients.
