What do you like best?
I like that Crypho is secure and offers complete end-to-end encryption so that you know you it is safe when you are sending protected or confidential data. I also like that they have a free trial version of the app.
What do you dislike?
Ideally you would want to set up a SFTP when sending data in the corporate world. Crypho is good for one off situations but I wouldn't use it on an ongoing basis. Also the cost is a bit expensive starting at $50/month.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Sending a file or data securely with end to end encryption when an SFTP or no other secure method is available. It's fast and easy to use to ensure that you are not violating any data privacy laws or regulations.
