Take the Attendee Experience to the next level!
What do you like best?
CrowdCompass is a fantastic event tool that is not only easy to use from the build side, but easy to teach attendees how to use (even those that are not tech savvy!) Since introducing the mobile app at our conference two years ago, we've really upped the attendee experience and level of engagement and excitement. The ability to pull detailed report on engagement metrics is a plus.
What do you dislike?
Going through Attendee Hub can be cumbersome when teaching attendees how to download the app; it's not difficult by any means, but adds a slight level of complexity. It would be great to have additional features within the app for gamification.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One of the great things about using CrowdCompass is the ease of building the product as an admin. You don't need advanced tech skills to be able to build the app. Customer Support is always available and lots of great tutorials and resources, not to mention the individual support from your project coordinator.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Communication with attendees was important, ensuring they knew where to be and when, and having all of the information they needed to minimize the need to ask questions. One of the biggest benefits - in addition to huge $$$ savings of reducing printing costs - was improving attendee engagement and feedback. The surveys, gamification, and ability of attendees to network and share has been a huge win and the feedback has been "off-the-charts" positive in regards to the app.
