What do you like best?
We received outstanding customer support from Credly, from initial contact to maintenance. The platform is easy-to-use and the training we received was extremely thorough. Credly provides numerous tools and templates for an efficient and flawless launch.
During the planning process, our account representative offered many suggestions and best practices. Any questions were answered in a timely manner. The batch upload feature is definitely a time-saver, as well.
We have also had exceptionally positive feedback from our members. It is easy to share the badges on social media platforms, which gives additional exposure to our brand and certification offerings.
