Full integration of CrM, risk and portfolio management in one system.

Not extremely user friendly. Takes some training to get it down.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Primarily using it for CrM management now, as the company is phasing in other aspects such as risk and portfolio management. Works well to track calls, customers, and schedule upcoming calls on my outlook calendar. Requires a follow-up for ever call entered, which helps ensure you are thinking about the next meeting.
