Easy way to upgrade a site
What do you like best?
I love how simple it is to create engaging content and effortlessly publish to a site. To otherwise make changes, we would have to contact our site vendor which would be an extreme hassle. This really helps us create a positive user experience and upgrade our design in an agile manner. Additionnally, zmags regularly comes out with new features and programs to make the experience better.
What do you dislike?
Lack of scheduling capability makes it difficult. While you can schedule a date to publish, you cannot currently designate a time which makes things hard on our staff. Our sales chage over at midnight and without that feature, someone has to wake up to push changes. If this were fixed, I feel that zmags would be a near flawless software solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just go ahead and take the plunge. This will help small teams create beautiful designs and dynamic features effortlessly regardless what platform your site utilizes. I am definitely glad that my organization signed on with zmags. Their support is very helpful and they are willing to do what it takes to make your experience a positive one.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having a site with boring, unengaging design . By utilizing Zmags we are able to create attractive and dynamic experiences that lead to more actions taken by users and engagement with site content. As mentioned previously, our site vendor would historically have to make changes which can be cumbersome in an agile environment. Ever since we started using zMags for site content, we have been able to create eye-catching and impactful deisgn features. This not only upgrades the look and feel of our site, but also causes users to want to check out the things being promoted. Anecdotally, I would say our usage has lessened bounce rates and lengthened time spent on site.
