What do you like best?

The customer services representatives are nice

What do you dislike?

The software has a very long lag time. There are also other programs out there that are fully automated and better to use. The scanners are slow and take forever to use for inventory.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use a different software that is fully automated. Bevager is still a small company, and they do not have enough staff to keep up with their current customers. You get what you pay for.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is supposed to help with being more accurate with F&B inventory, however, we have not benefited from this yet because the set up process is long.
