Coupa was ok, not nirvana

What do you like best?

The concept was great - being able to handle AP through an app rather than traditional invoices.

What do you dislike?

There was too little flexibility. It seemed like the choices were all either black or white. In reality, there are nuances to invoicing and some shades of gray would have been preferred.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

They offered the opportunity to automate invoicing. In the end, I decided to continue with the traditional approach of attaching invoices to email addressed to this client's AP personnel.
