Didn't Use for Long

What do you like best?

The only good thing was the transfer of contacts into Cosmolex. That was easy.

What do you dislike?

The billing features were inefficient; it took me a whole day to do billing. It was not user friendly; I don't think I ever learned how to use all the features.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Shop around and make sure Cosmolex has the features your business requires. If you can pay someone to spend a whole day doing billing, go for it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

None. Cosmolex made me realize how much better other softwares are.
