What do you like best?
I like how they used their AI to save us time and make our jobs easier. I feel like Cortex is one step ahead and my team is constantly surprised by how much the AI knows.
What do you dislike?
It was hard to get out of our old mindset. Getting my team to trust an AI took a few weeks.
