Advanced user of CoreLogic RealQuestHaving used it for more than ten years, we have found it easy to use. But recently, the availability and quality of the data has deteriorated.
The data is two months behind. The number of errors has grown to make it useless. Prices are wrong as well as many typos.
We have used the data to determine where activity is best and values can be found in residential real estate. Timeliness is important especially in this very fast moving marketplace. They are far behind and are no help in correcting errors.
