What do you like best?

The volume of information makes it easy to create a customized report that exactly fits my needs and purposes.

What do you dislike?

Core Logic is integrated into our MLS. The default report contains items that I would never want to forward to a potential client. It would be nice of the default report could be changed as the report I DO want to send to my clients is also the one I would use most often.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

While I wasn't part of the group that chose this, it's clear to me why they chose this over our previous vendor. Information is complete and accurate, is laid out in very useful ways, and the platform allows for extensive customizations.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Corel Logic makes it easy to find private sales nearby, creates a CMA that I can integrate into my own preferred platform, and arranges information in a logical format.
