Continu has been a great tool to help with my professional development!
What do you like best?
It is organized and easy to navigate properly. It is clean, concise, and fun to go through. Between the interactive tabs, showing how many people view/like a certain section, etc. there are so many ways to find what you need and discover new things about your company that you didn't know before! I also really like that I have my own profile and dashboard to be able to easily see where I stand with assignments I still need to do and ones I have already completed. It definitely helps to keep me on track. I also like that there are different fields for different content within the dashboard- learning track, certificates, assignments, workshops, external courses, etc.
What do you dislike?
There isn't anything major that I disliked about the platform. It sometimes could look a little "busy" if you will, meaning the pages just had way too much information on them, but it was easy to get past that when you realized all of the information was organized well and structured in a way that makes the most sense to the reader. The only other thing I didn't love was that you constantly have to click 'load more' at the bottom to see more resources, I would have very much liked for everything to already be presented and just be able to scroll through.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it and abuse it! There is so much to learn and discover within continu.

I have learned about all sorts of different resources available to me to continue my professional development and education on the company. There are also skills I can practice, recordings I can listen to, leadership feedback, and so much more! Continu is a whole new way to dive into your company's community and be a part of something so much bigger than yourself!
