Brilliant software, so easy to use but also very effective to manage communications
What do you like best?
ContentCal isn't just a social media scheduler, it helps us manage all areas of our communications plan including our campaigns and e-bulletins. It also allows for collaboration and input from the team too which is really helpful when creating content. I love the visual nature of the calendar view, it makes it so easy to immediately see what has been scheduled and if there are any gaps in content. Overall a really efficient tool to streamline communications as everything is all in one place!
What do you dislike?
There are no downsides to using ContentCal. The feature we use least is the articles tab but only because we use Mailchimp to create our newsletters, but hopefully we will make the switch to putting them in ContentCal in the future :)

Utilise the support offered to make sure you are familiar with all features of ContentCal! The team are so helpful so definitely use them if needed.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
ContentCal has definitely improved efficiency in the organisation. Rather than natively posting out into each channel, we can put the content into the calendar, duplicate to all of our existing channels and just wait for them to be posted on the set date and time. It means we can plan content weeks in advance and we can be confident that those pieces of content will be posted. This frees up time to work on other campaigns and newsletters that are coming up. Another benefit is getting the team involved in our communications plan by supporting them to use the content hub, this again increases efficiency and decreases time searching for content to post. Because ContentCal allows you to put everything in one place, it reduces the need for spreadsheets/loads of different documents, making it a lot easier to keep track of and manage our content, newsletters and campaigns!
