The best inside for new, old and verryyyy old communication

What do you like best?

I am using Contact monkey for ages. Probably for 10 years. I always liked the stats about readers of my email when I was sending business offers and was negotiating immediate business. Then I have learned that I get quite interesting info after the deals come cold: the recipients started to open the emails with proposals again, and I knew I should call them now. Last, but definitely not least, great value I have received long after I have sent some emails when I was actually in some legal disputes with (for example) a landlord. I have finally seen activity on old emails with some requests I have posted, and I could see it is opened not only at their office, but also at their foreign office, and a law company. Then I knew they take it seriously, and I could amend my strategy. I can really recommend ContactMonkey as a long-term solution.

What do you dislike?

I like all the features, I will appreciate different price scaling. When I was very active with my business, the subscription was totally ok. When I am taking it easy now, and I have to be careful of the spending, and my usage is very low with emails sent, it is quite expensive given that I don't send any emails that need tracking.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It will keep bringing value over time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The best is that you know how is your email accessed not just after you have sent it, but over a long period of time. This allows you to return to cases that went cold meanwhile. It feels like magic.
