Excellent and needed tool
What do you like best?
I like that it allows me and my team to focus on other important things besides booking orders. This tool frees up time on our team, allowing me to delegate more activities and expand my team's capacities. I trylu believe all big corporations need to implement Conexiom as a day to day tool. It will expand your schedule and be able to do more things with your team than the time consuming order entry.
What do you dislike?
I wish the platform could accept minimal variations on customers PO's pdf because sometimes these minor changes lead me to remap the customer. We have some customers that from time to time change ther PO template or forget to add the part number in the way they usually do, and this causes issues.
I think it would be good if you could release into production the order even if it "incomplete" i.e. part numbers missing, but this will give a Sales Order number, that I can later on go into my system and complete, or add whatever part number was missing, but when you are facing this missing parts and get errors, this makes the process very slow.
And one more thing, I dont know if it depends on the day, time of day, but some orders have taken up tp 2 r 3 hours before getting an alert. On this scenarios my team has opted to manually enter the Sales Order in our system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to take your time when mapping every single PO since this will make your life easier (or more complicated if you don't do it right the first time). I tried to do it as fast as possible, and now, I'm facing some issues with some PO's, and it is always related to lousy mapping from our end.
