Advanced user of ConcertConcert allows me to get rid of the long, complicated Excel formulas and to quickly download a report with the information I need to accrue and pay out commissions. The customer service is also incredible - whenever I have a question, my account rep, Laurent, is right on top of things.
I really can't think of anything. If there is ever anything I dislike, they are so quick to find a solution to my problem. So any dislikes I've had, are probably in the works to be fixed!
I was calculating commissions using multiple Excel spreadsheets, sometimes with very complicated formulas. This isn't sustainable for a growing business and for so many sales reps. Concert has shortened the amount of time I spend each month calculating accruals and payouts as it relates to commission. What used to take half my day, now takes less than an hour.
