What do you like best?

I like that the system is easy to navigate and run reports etc

What do you dislike?

I dislike that about once a week we experience "datebase error messages" for some odd reason. Not sure what it could be. Maybe our system?

this system is easy and efficient to use. There support line is very helpful when trying to fix an issue.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is easy to navigate and have the whole office use whether its the claims, underwriting or accounting department.
