System can be slow at times and take a while to analyse before being available to process.

What do you like best?

The fact you don't have to manually input invoices onto the finance system. Printing out invoices, analysing them and putting the same date onto sage / xero would take a huge chunk out of your day. Now, I can go on icompleat once or twice a week and go through all invoices, knowing once i've hit ok, they'll be posted on my ledger awaiting to be paid.

What do you dislike?

It can be slow at times or not include invoice sometimes. The customer service is awful at times, or even non-existent. It makes it really frustrating that you are asked to leave your name an number and then don't get a call back.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Data entry becomes easier, it's just a matter of reviewing and adding a note if there's anything that needs to be queried.

It's also saving time on printing and filing.

With me being the only member in accounts, it is handy to have something that takes the pressure off in certain departments.
