Refused to verify my account after receiving funds, money effectively stolen

They offered a simple way to accept crypto payments on my website
What do you dislike?
Unfortunately the issues lie with their KYC and account approval. They don't seem to understand the legal/tax frameworks of the UK. They kept demanding documents that just don't exist. Their support seems to be unwavering in the task of getting me to produce documents that I cannot. Their legal team obviously need to meet their judicial requirements, but after providing Passport, Tax Return, Tax Bill, Photo ID I am amazed I am still not approved. No other crypto company I have or do use has required this level of ID before, and CoinGate still refused to tell me what other documents they will accept. I have received funds, but without account approval I cannot touch them. I really do wonder if this is just a bit of a scam the company has to keep funds.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Avoid ConGate. Find a different crypto payment solution.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Currently the problems are created by CoinGate, with zero benefits.
