Easy option for forms and surveys
What do you like best?
Our team likes how easy it was to get started with Cognito and to integrate it into our website and other processes. We used to build forms ourselves on our site, but Cognito has replaced that and done an excellent job--saving time and simplifying our work. It's also a great option for sending customer surveys. We also use it to intake requests internally and direct them to the right people automatically.
What do you dislike?
There' s not much I don't like. It doesn't have bells and whistles as far as displaying the data you receive--like charts, graphs, etc. So, if that's important to you, take some time to look into that.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We had to do too much work to create custom forms on the back end of our website before using Cognito Forms. Now, it' s much simpler for us. We also have the benefit of allowing a team to have their own log-ins so various users can access forms and create and send them. It balances the knowledge and workload when more than just two people know how to do this. We've also solved a lot of our team's intake issues as far as getting requests from other departments and organizing them and assigning them within our team. Cognito has made it simpler to direct others to the form, which then gets sent to the relevant team member based on the person's responses.
