What do you like best?

Its incident and investigation process makes it unique. The audit and inspection management is very advanced and point critical with its document and record keeping feature. It has a mobile app also making it accessible everywhere as it also reminds you of tasks and other notifications. It is very secure and we share information in our team through it. I also like it because it has an automatic workflow management and we are able to collaborate on projects even though we are not physically together.

What do you dislike?

It needs special training as a start and refreshing trainings in order to keep people up to date on compliance with the system.
